I wouldn't trust myself with EVGA PSUs that are low. Do you have any XFX or Seasonic brand PSUs there in your local store? The best would be the XFX TS series or the Seasonic S12II (the 520W for example).

It would be helpful if you gave us the exact model of the PSU but it would be pushy. If the rest of your build is not very demanding TDP-wise, I'd recommend a XFX TS 430W Bronze Certified, it is rather cheap for its quality in my opinion and it would handle the graphic card just fine!

Your CPU has a 65 TDP, along with your RAM which is more 10, your motherboard should be 60 my default and your HDD around 20, along with the graphics card you want to get which is 60 in some, other say 80, let's go with 60: it leads to a total of 215W total power consumption. Yes the 350W would work, however it would have to have more than 20 Amps on the 12V rail in order to feed enough power for the graphics card to work properly :) It would be wiser and safer to buy something alike the example I gave you, but it's only an option really!
