I want to be able to run Skyrim w/ Mods, DayZ, Arma 2 & 3, & Heavily Modded Minecraft.
I'm not exactly sure if this build is good as I'm just entering pc gaming and i'm new to building them.
My parts i've selected are listed below. Is this a good build? Wishing to not go above $700 if possible.

At your price point, and your choice of games, it's a bit of a tough call as to which direction to take this.

Arma 3 is very processor intensive. i5 is pretty much the way to go for this game. Meanwhile Skyrim mods lean more towards a more powerful GPU. So this really depends on which games you want to play more, and what your timeline is like.

Here is an i5 + GTX 960 build (2gb version, the 4gb isn't worth the extra money at this price point for 1080p IMO)

You could also go i3 + R9 380X or the new RX 480 for a really strong graphical solution and a very respectable processor. But again, this will depend on which games are most important to you (or if you stream). My personal opinion here is to go with the i5. I've found in the past that a quality processor can last 5-7 years in most games with respectable performance. GPUs meanwhile become outdated more quickly and you'll want an upgrade in 3 years anyway.
