Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 won't be recognized o Windows 10

When i try to install de device (Sapphire Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB GDDR5) driver, the process of instalation crashed.
I restart the pc and i got a black screen. if i turn off the pc or if i restart several times, i can FINALLY access to the operative system. but sometimes i have this error THREAD STUCK IN DEVICE DRIVER.
I clean driver installations with GURU 3D, ant i tryed to reinstall the correct driver, (last AMD driver) , or with the autodetect utility, and all goes wrong, i can use it.
What can i do? Thanks for your Help , and sorry for my bad english im not native.

Hello, I know someone who had this problem but with a different gpu. I recommend downgrading to windows 7 to troubleshoot the problem. Windows 10 is a really bad os for my opinion, everyone with black screens, no sound, whole lot of errors. If it still persists, be sure to reinstall the card in the pcie slot and restart the process. If it still persists, take it back to the hardware shop and send it in for a check

Yep thanks for answer.
Yes i switch the card between differents pci slots.
During the instalattion of the driver, the pc crashed, black screen and bloqued.
I try diferent and older version of catalys but i have the same issue,
thanks for attention
