USB and DVI connect/disconnect suddenly

Hi everybody
I've bought my rig 2 years ago and I've had a problem with it all the time which bothers me.

My USB mouse and keyboard disconnect sometimes and then connect after a couple of seconds. Sometimes it won't connect again until I restart the system.
I didn't have this problem with the VGA port, but now that I use DVI-D port, it happens to my monitor too, but the screen returns quickly.
Sometimes it happens when I turn on my speaker, and sometimes when I turn on the lights or air conditioner. Sometimes it seems that no reason makes that happen.

Everything else works great, but this disconnect-connect makes me mad.
Also, I didn't buy a graphics card for some reasons, but now I'm going to get one and I'm worried that this problem gets worse or damage something.
I suspect mainboard's chipset or PSU or maybe the power outlet I use in my room.
What do you think? What is the problem and how can I fix it?

What I did (none of these helped):
I've swapped USB ports (logically does not help)
I've updated drivers and bios.
Reinstalled windows - upgraded it

Specs:
CPU: Intel i7 3770K (not overclocked)
Mobo: Asus P8 Z77-V
PSU: 700 watts High performance
Ram: 2x4GB DDR3 1600 Corsair Vengeance
VGA: Intel 4000 (no discreet graphics card)
OEM: Asus DVD Combo

Solution
From the screenshot, your PC is fine for now, just like the HWiNFO64 shows, the windows hardware error (WHEA)=0. So it problem may from the electric power like you said.
Maybe the power line problem. Do your other computer have the same problem? If you had one. Or may test the PC in your friend home, something like that. Or if you have the multimeter, may check the power line too.
Or if you have the PS2 mouse/keyboard, then try them out.

Thanks cin19, I've updated the Intel chipset driver and also disabled the USB selective suspend setting, but the problem persists.
Actually, this happens to DVI-D port too and disconnects my monitor sometimes, so I think the USB itself, can't be the cause.
Do you think the Power supply can be the problem?

I've got the HWiNFO64. It gives lots of information, but I can't find the section you mentioned. Where is it and how can I find that it's working properly?
Thanks for your guides

Thanks for your detailed explanation. Yes, I have another "old" PC with a single core CPU, but that works just fine. I can use it's PS2 mouse and keyboard to test this new PC.
That was a nice point, I can take the chasis to my friend's home and test it there. My cousin has a multimeter, I can ask him to test the power supply, but what's the normal state for a 700w PSU? How can he find out if it's normal?
