Gateway DX4860, quad core i5-2320 cpu @ 3.0 ghz. Current card, built in HD Family Intel Graphics. PSU 350 watts. Looking for a video card that my pc can handle. Found a card I liked that says it required 300 watts but considering my psu is 350, I'm not sure I can run it. Playing World of Warcraft runs me at 15 fps :(

Well you if you want the safest best you can go with a GT 730 GDDR5 card they retail in the us between $50-75 depending if you go with 1 or 2 Gig just make sure its the GDDR5 64bit version (not the 128 DDR3).

You should be able to run a Nvidia 750Ti which about $100-120 us

Third option is upgrade your PSU looking at the case it seems to use a standard power supply so you could pick up a PSU for around $50 then upgrade to something like GTX 950/960 or even RX480 (if you can find it) though I think for Wow nvidia cards run better.
