Hey everyone, I got a new job recently and about to get a second so I was thinking of putting some money aside to either upgrade or make a new gaming computer.

My setup is
Graphis - AMD Radeon R5 200 series
Processor - AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+
Ram - only 2GB but I will obviously by more maybe at least 16

my budget is 8.05 an hour for one job and 10 an hour for the other. I plan on working 40 hours for each job every week and maybe save 1 or 2 months worth of money so please help any advice will help thanks and have a good one.

Solution
Your existing computer is not very powerful. For old programs it is fine, but for newer games it is toast.

Best value for money is
Intel i5 and good quality budget motherboard.
There are various types of i5, but literally any one will do you well
8GB 1600Mhz RAM
Samsung Evo SSD
Good quality PSU - see the toms hardware PSU tier list.
Probably Radeon RX480 as soon as it becomes available.

just to clarify your budget ... Your working 80 hours/week (2 jobs at 40h/week each) at 18/hr and are saving an entirety of 2 months to spend on a pc? because if that is the case you would have around 5000 after 1 month or 10000 after 2. If you have that kind of money to spend on a pc you can practically build anything.

Yeah I play CSGO and LoL a lot and DayZ and it is decent in the lowest settings. For league I run a solid 80 fps on low, for csgo I run a solid 50 or something like that and Dayz just depends how my computer feels but thanks for the suggestions I'm going to look them up and see how long I have to save so thanks so much.
