I don't think you understand. The noctua has the max rpm of 3000(43db) and the fractal design 1400(db). Now if you were to slow down the noctua fans to about 1400db it would get about 18db of noise ratio.

How can you even compare those two. Noctua NF-F12 obviously. They are quiet when spun down to a lower rpm, plus good warranty.

Tho they are more expensive, they are worth it if you got the extra money to afford premium fans.

Well the Fractal design fans have a lower dba. So thats why i considered it. Still noctua is the way to go? On the specs sheet, seems fractal design is better. the ratio to cfm, rpm, and dba seems to better on FD
