I've got an xfx 280x and because it doesnt have a back cover, i dont know how to clean the pcb so how do i do it safely? It is just dust...

A few days ago i updated the software for the radeon products. I did not install Vulkan.
I don't know what vulkan is so that is why. Question: What does it do and is it something important?
