MEMORY_MANAGEMENT Error Message at 79% when upgrading to windows 10.

I've tried upgrading 3 times before and keep getting this message around 79-80%. I've ran a RAM diagnostics and no problems. I've read other forums where people are getting them same issue, but after already having Windows 10 install and playing games. I'm not even getting that far, I can't even install windows. I have all the system requirements to upgrade, but Idk...

1| Please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of the OS that you're trying to install(it reads out like you're trying to upgrade from an older OS to Windows 10).
2| Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date?
3| Have you tried shutting background apps off and staying away from your unit while the upgrade takes place?
