My question is what is better do buy for GAMING amd RX480 or I5(3570 or 3470 gonna see diffrence in price)

might be better off with a RX 460 or 470, with as good a CPU you can afford after that.

if not id go CPU

Yeah I would imagine that G2010 will bottleneck a 480 quite badly in most newer games.
