This is my specs:

• AMD A8-7600 3.1 Ghz (Quad Core)
• Asus A68HM-K Motherboard
• Kingston 4GB DDR3 1600 RAM
• Toshiba 500GB 3.5 SATA HDD
• 1GB Radeon R7 Graphics
• Hip 600w Power Supply

I want to play games on a higher quality and I would like to add a 2gb gt730 on it, will this work?
And let me know if I need to add more ram, memory or etc to make this work.

The card will work, but there are two major reasons as to why you should not purchase the GT 730.
For starters, the card is Nvidia tech meaning you aren't utilizing the AMD APU's ability to crossfire with discrete graphics. The card you listed is not capable of dual graphics, and so, you won't see the performance gains. If you need a card that supports dual graphics, I recommend the R7 250:
Video Card: MSI Radeon R7 250 2GB Video Card ($44.99 @ Newegg)

However, I can't recommend any of the sub $100 options, mainly because you lose out immensely when it comes to performance/dollar.

Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB Superclocked+ ACX 2.0 Video Card ($109.50 @ Newegg)

In short, don't spend less money, hoping for a performance increase from a dual graphics solution from AMD. Spend the extra dollars to get a card that will actually help you in real world games with higher graphics.
