Should I upgrade my build?

I currently have this: i7 2600k OC'd
gtx 1070(I wont be upgrading this)
12gb ddr3 1600mhz
1 tb main hdd and 1.5 tb secondary hdd
asus p8p67 pro
850 watt powersupply(gold plus)

I have been getting a lot of lag even with the new gtx 1070 on gta V. the background will disappear. The ground will disappear or change to some weird color and its been freezing for a few seconds at a time. Its been getting progressively worse, when its maxed or just on high settings. I need some advice, should I upgrade my cpu(would have to upgrade my ram and mother board too) or just my hdd to a ssd or upgrade everything?
I only have 100gb left on my main hdd.

your cpu wouldnt really bottleneck your GPU, what clocks are you running at? is it a stable overclock? also did you overclock your GPU as well?
get the latest Nvidia Drivers try if it fixes anything.

also for now i think its worth getting a SSD drive as your main drive.

I just installed all the nvidia drives so they should be up to date. I will upgrade my ssd, thanks!
It's overclocked to 4.4 or 4.5 and it should be stable, it runs prime95 for a while.
