Overclock not showing in Windows or CPU-Z

Motherboard: Asus P5N32-e SLI
I overclocked my core 2 quad q8200 to 2.8ghz in my BIOS. Windows and CPU-z and other programs I tried don't show my overclock, I have C1E disabled. My overclock was showing until I rebooted.

Where are you looking in CPU-Z want to look at the CPU page in lower left next to multiplier

Yeah, I did, it stays at 2333MHz even when stress testing

Next to multiplier it normally show something like X28 (8 - 28) or the like

Looks and sounds like the OC didn't take, might try again with a little more vCore (CPU voltage)

Quick note: It shows the overclock in the POST message, like it says Core 2 Quad 2.80ghz before I actually boot
