So I want to get a Gtx 1070 and I have an asus 1080p 144hz monitor that I want to fully utilize and I play games like overwatch, and plan to get some future releases. What's the best combo I can get ? I know I7 is really good and will future proof me for a while. Also I don't plan to overclock at all

This is a good setup in my opinion:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B150M-DS3H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($56.98 @ Newegg)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Founders Edition Video Card ($449.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $804.96

The 6700 is a good chip and will perform well in gaming. Like you said it future proofs your build.
The motherboard is a good budget solution, and will be great for your system.
