I have Asrock gaming fatal1ty z170 K4 mobo, when I turn pc on, there is solid Bios A1 red light and pc goes up to:
Asrock logo
Press F2 or Del
Press F11
(with two other options)
Up to this point the Bios light is still solid red then pc keeps restarting itself (when it restarts the red light goes away and then it comes back when the pc restarts to go to the Asrock logo, and keeps restarting, it doesn't go any further.
After multiple times of pc restarting itself, it says: pc failed to start, press F2 or Del to regonfigure Bios, I referred to the mobo's manual, it doesn't say anything about Bios configure so I don't want to mess up.

Any ideas of what the res light indicates and how to get the pc restarts again?

Cheers

Bit of a longshot here, but I've recently run into what I imagine is the same or at least similar problem. I have the Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K6 motherboard and have been having an issue where the Bios A LED 1 is lit up. The computer boots no problem, but either does not post at all/connect to the monitor or it continuously blue screens and restarts.

A temporary solution I've found is to remove the motherboard battery, labeled BATTERY1, for a few seconds and then reconnect the battery. However, the issue always comes back, seemingly at random. Any ideas as to what the problem may be or what the solution is? My PC is quite old (from 2017 I believe?), so an old/dying part is certainly plausible. However, I would love to pinpoint the problem before buying a bunch of parts aimlessly. Thanks!
