H100i GTX Cooler Not showing up on Corsair Link

so i built my pc yesterday, and i downloaded everything and changed the LED color from Corsair Link, to match my build, well i went to change it today, and when i checeked Corsair Link it didnt show that the Cooler was being registered, i checked the motherboard connection and it was as far in as it could go, its all new parts, so i dont know what happened, OS Windows 10 Home Not cracked. plus its showing on my devices, https://gyazo.com/758960b54dff7b116ee2fa547f8ee580

Sorry... I couldn't resist. Why would you even mention that? Obviously you're running a pirated Windows :D

Have you connected the Corsair Link cable? The one that connects directly to your waterblock?

yes how else would of been able to change it the first day, and actually its not cracked, which is why i said its not cracked so people cant be like ohh its cause a cracked version or something im trying to give the most info on it, so i can get the best answer.
