So I've been trying to play Overwatch and GTA5 with my PC.
This used to work fine 2 months ago but now i keep having random FPS drops that go from 100+ to around 30.
I spent some time looking at what the issue could be and whenever my FPS drops i see my GPU Utilization go down to around 0% and with that so does the CPU usage.
Anybody knows what the reason for this might be?

GPU: AMD Radeon R9 R390
CPU: AMD FX 8350
RAM: 8GB
I'm absolutely out of ideas, i've already replaced my RAM and got watercooling for my CPU.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
