with a monitor pc 4k and a box tv 4k, I need to know what sort of another hardware is necessary to receive the tv programs on my monitor pc.

But I don't understand why the cable box tv is not sufficient. Can you explain?
And all the TV tuner will do it well? Or is it necessary to find the ONE for my installation?
