GTX 970 Temperature on Crysis 3

My GPU fan runs on 77% and temp is 55C when playing Crysis 3 on 22inch 1080p with all full graphic settings. I want to know if it is normal. I get artifact problem at 60C, so I manually defined the fan speed.

The specs are:
Asus Strix Gtx 970 4GB OC
Asus Z170 Pro Gaming motherboard
Intel i7 6700k
16GB ram

Download the latest driver from nvidia and select custom install and then select the checkbox that says clean install , run it and see if it helps , also make sure you have increased the power and temp targets for the card, roll back any oc if you have so.
