I had problem with my motherboard few days ago

i7 3770 (original heatsink stock avg. temp: idle 50~60, load 70 degree celcius)
Asus Sabertooth z77
Corsair Vengence 2x4GB 1600mHz
Seasonic X-Series 1050W
MSI Cyclone NGTX460

For a couple of month i had a problem with my display, no driver can be used with the GTX460 (initially the screen shrinks, then BSOD)

My theory is the GPU already at its limit, so i have switch with the onboard display.

After several weeks, the pc had several crash (MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_PROBLEM/ WHEA_INCORRECTIBLE_ERROR) until the last thing happened; no post, no usb, no beep.

I have done the diagnostic for motherboard physical damage (no bent pin and no broken capasitor),
The PSU provide enough power,
3 beep without RAM, No beep with RAM (single stick, change the slot several times, test with other ram from trusted pc center),
no onboard display, graphics card (the GTX460 and other card from the pc center),
keyboard does not lightup indicate no usb boot.

So the conclusion is i had to RMA my motherboard without knowing the problem.

Today im searching for spare motherboard and found AsRock H61M-VG3 (initial setup with ATX PSU from the pc center, i7 3700 and original heatsink stock, new ram from the pc center), came out with no display.

My question here:
1) Does my CPU broken?
2) Does the ram incompatible?
3) The motherboard does support the Ivy Bridge but i forgot to check the bios revision for the motherboard, does the motherboard bios need to be updated for the pc to show display?
