Ok so I have an unusual problem. Randomly one morning a couple days ago I turned my computer on to find vertical lines on my screen. I looked on this website and had multiple people recommend drivers for my GPU. Unfortunately in the same instance I get to my desktop and 3 minutes later my computer shuts down and restarts. After that I cant even get to the log in prompt without it restarting. That lead me to believe that it might be my HHD. So I took apart my Comp completely and cleaned it. Now it says the MBR is missing when I havent changed anything. I know the proper cleaning procedures so Im sure I didnt damage anythinng while doing that. I have Med computer knowledge. Im a gamer and Ive been in tech classes so feel free to recomend anything. Here are some specs: http://pastebin.com/um4aF4AQ

Also as a disclaimer Ive had this computer running perfectly for the past 2 years. My best guess is that its too hot. Our house doesnt have AC yet, 80F outside 100F inside and I have little cooling. 2 case fans, and no money to dish out the 60$+ I need to get a good liquid to fight the massive heat.

Solution
So I dont know how but I solved it. No idea exactly how it worked but somewhere down the page something about bootrex.exe/fixmbr or /rebuildbcd or something. Whatever it was it worked. Also I checked my drives and everything checks out. I should also note that I left the graphics card out so thats my assumption for the problem. Idk if I can fix the gpu but at least I got the computer usable again. http://www.tomsguide.com/forum/id-1852187/drive-windows-installed-locked.html
MBR going out, paired with other issues, in a computer that otherwise worked perfectly fine...
Leads me to suggest replacing the HDD.

Nothing you did would corrupt the MBR. You may be able to repair the MBR to at least get your data off, but i wouldn't use it as a system disk anymore.
