EDIT: searched for reviews on the Enthoo Pro, it seems like a damn nice case.

In my experience anything with a front fan and a back fan = decent airflow.
Add in a top fan and you have good airflow. Really cooling is more dependent on cable management, keeping filters clean, good CPU fan (if applicable), and a blower style GPU is really helpful too.
The lack of an optical is definitely a negative on the NZXT's if you really need one. The H440 I think is just better build quality, it has the little touches like the rubber grommits and such.
And yes, the Enthoo Pro is pretty awesome.
