i7 4770 NO 'K' what the sweet spot for the gaming graphic card

An i7 4770 can run any single GPU just fine, so there's no sweet spot for the CPU really given that you already have it. The question comes down to what resolution do you desire to play at and what your budget actually is.

A GTX 950 is a solid little GPU, but there's still room to do better at 1080p, unless the 950 maxes your budget.

It's hard to not recommend the AMD RX480 (although I would wait for third party better coolers to come out). For a little but more money you get a ton more performance.

No sweet spot... just buy the best card you can afford, that is NOT a reference card
