Problem with launching CS:GO and Minecraft Only

I have windows 7 and I do not know where this should go. A few days ago my computer was running fine and there were no problem but recently today I ran into a error that showed up when I launched the minecraft launcher and it says
MinecraftLauncher.exe- Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application. and the problem for CS:GO is that it will not launch at all. right now money is not something that is available for me right now and I can't find any help online.

When did the games stop working when you tried to launch them.
If it started in the last few days ClubPenguin.

It can be because you have infected files or ones corrupted.

The easiest way to fix the problem ClubPenguin.

Is to open up windows system restore.
Select choose a different restore point.
Tick show more restore points.
Choose a restore point in date and time where you know the games in question worked by running them without the error.

Select the restore point and restore the system back to that point in time.
That will fix all of the problems and the games should then run without the error messages ClubPenguin.

I tried that but it only shows back a day and i do not know why. I have my product key and I am thinking that if I remove everything and put windows 10 and erease everything and start over would that fix it.
