Power Supply or Motherboard Bad?

Hi, So I recently built a new pc for some budget styled gaming. It worked for about two weeks. One night, I power my computer off. Usually, I power off completely, then unplug from the power strip and leave everything unplugged. This night, I left it plugged in, but powered off. The next morning, I woke up, hit my power button and nothing happened. No fans spun, nothing. I've done the paperclip test, and my power supply ran, but when it is plugged into my motherboard, nothing happens at all. I ruled out my case button trying to jump with my screwdriver, but still nothing. I'm at a loss. My best bet is that my power supply is dead, but I'm unsure. My power supply powers on when nothing but fans are hooked up. I've even had nothing but my 24-pin and 4-pin, and nothing.

My question is, would it be my motherboard that died, or my power supply going bad?

My Specs

Intel G3258 Processor
GA-H81M-H Mobo
G. Skills Ripjaw 8gb RAM
2 160gb HDD
1 500gb HDD
Thermaltake Purepower W0100RU 500W ATX 12V 2.0 Power Supply

Thermaltake power supplies are not the greatest, and that power supply is not in the Tier List, so I cannot say anything for it's quality.

So, what's been going on is that you can jump start the PSU and it runs, correct? But if you use the power button or jump the pins, the machine does not power up? Sounds like you PSU killed your motherboard.
