How do I make shure ALL forms of overclocking are disabledin my BIOS?

I am using a GIGABYTE B150M-D3H as a system server therefore system stability is an absolute must!!! I will also be Beowulf-ing the entire network so OVER-CLOCKING will just imped performance.

yeah i tried overclocking too with my computer , it would work in the windows enviroment , but it would freeze in games , so i would give testimony to your experience , you just reset your bios settings , cause overclocking is disabled by default
