hi everyone,
im just new here and i found much information regarding PC discussion.

i need some suggestion pro and cons about my PC (i had two , and i want to combine for the best)

here are the specs:

PC1:
core i5 4460 3,2Ghz
- Mobo Gigabyte B85M-DS3H (DDR3, USB 3.0,HDMI,HD Audio)
- Ram Team Extream 2x4gb DDR3
- HDD WD 1TB Caviar Blue
- GPU ZOTAC GTX960M 2GB DDR5
- PSU Raidmax RX500AF 500W Bronze

description : it runs very well with the graphics and the processor.

PC2 :
- AMD Kaveri A10 7860
- Mobo ASUS A88XM-PLUS
- Ram CORSAIR VENGEANCE RED 2x8GB
- HDD WD 1TB Caviar Blue
- HDD WD 2TB Green Power
- SSD Crusial MX200 250GB
- GPU MSI RADEON R9 380 4GB DDR5
- PSU CORSAIR RMX 650W Full Modular
- Casing Fractal Mini R2
- cpu cooler cryorig H7

description : i runs so sad that i had very low FPS on Dota 2 (maximum 40 FPS on high resolution) , and it gives my CPU usage above 90% ( kinda spiking).
idk what is the problem,is it my weak procie / mobo , or i just had a lot of virus hanging on my PC?

i want to combine both PC into 1 powerful PC , and my thought would :

Core i5 4460
Mobo Gigabyte B85M-DS3H
GPU MSI Radeon R9 380 4GB / Zotac GTX960 2GB
CORSAIR VENGEANCE RED 2x8GB
HDD 2TB WD Green Power
SSD 250GB Crusial MX200
PSU between Raidmax RX500AF / Corsair RMX650W Gold full modular --> is it too much?

can it run nicely and give be best gaming experience with that setup?
because i ran r9 380 on AMD kaveri A10 7860k + Mobo Asus A88XM-Plus and i had very hard time , the FPS for ultra setting and 1980x1020 resolution is BELOW 30 ~ , is the bottleneck on my processor or you guys having any suggestion would be appreciated.

thanks for helping

regards
vpa

Solution
PC1 has a better cpu by a long shot, but terrible psu.
PC2 has the better video card, psu, and a good ssd

If you could use the i5 + B85 motherboard in PC2 you'd be set.

R9 380 is better than GTX960

I would go for the RX 480, it's around $200 and is sligthly better than the GTX 970.
