Updated Realtek HD Audio Driver and now there's no sound

Updated Realtek HD Audio Driver and now there's no sound. I then roll backed the the drivers to the previous version which it worked on and it's the exact same. No sound.

All I did was go onto device manager, clicked sound, video and game controllers, right clicked Realtek High Definition Audio, clicked update driver software and selected the search automatically for updated driver software.

I did that as well. I don't know what's happened because all of a sudden, the sound has came back yet I didn't do anything. I was mucking about with the realtek manager a while ago trying to get it to work and the sound would appear, then disappear again but it seems like it wants to stay for good now.
