So I'm looking for some psu for MSI GTX 1070 GAMING X 8G and my budget is only 70€. I've found Seasonic S12-II 620W but i'm not sure. My country is Czech Republic if it helps.

What are your specific concerns? The SeaSonic S12-II series are well received and 620W would work for the most power hungry single graphics card system. Personally speaking, I wouldn't hesitate to use one in a system.
