Everything, to be honest. You could upgrade your graphics, but you will bottleneck anything past a GTX 950. A faster CPU isn't possible, with your motherboard, though. You would have to upgrade, to an Intel system, to get a significant improvement, CPU side, but the 750ti would hold back a faster CPU.

Depends on the PSU in question. Make and model/quality mean far more, than just wattage. Also your intended graphics upgrade as well. The i5 4440 would be better, for gaming performance. It would allow you to reuse your ram also. Asrock H97m Pro4 is a good board, for the money. A switch to the current gen i5's would require a switch to DDR4 ram. Granted ram is cheap, but it depends on your budget.
