I am building a budget 460 dollar gaming pc
And I need a best video card at 150 dollars or below.
I looked up the internet and some site recommended GTX 750 ti
but I am not sure.
Price must not over 150 dollars, 2GB ones is ok, I don't need a high performance card,
I just need a card that can run heavy games like gta 5 medium settings 1080p at 40 fps or above,
AMD or Nvidia don't really matter for me.
One important thing: It must be cheap and good performance
