Your problem is your graphics card, it is incredibly slow. Current integrated graphics chips are much better than the Radeon HD 5450, which came out in 2009 and even back then was only meant for basic display and video playback, not playing games. Post what power supply you have and a budget if you want help in picking out a new graphics card.
