The specs of my system are as follows:
CPU: Intel Boxed Core I5-6500 FC-LGA14C 3.20 Ghz 6 M Processor Cache 4 LGA 1151

Motherboard: ASUS LGA1151 DDR4 DisplayPort HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 H170 ATX Motherboards H170 PRO GAMING

Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 - Mid Tower Computer Case with High Airflow Design

SSD (Not that this is necessary to know but just to be sure): Samsung 850 EVO - 250GB - 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD

Hard drive: WD Blue 1TB Desktop Hard Disk Drive - 5400 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch - WD10EZRZ

GPU: MSI GAMING GeForce GTX 970 4GB OC DirectX 12 VR READY

PSU: EVGA 650 GQ 80+ GOLD, 650W ECO Mode Semi Modular NVIDIA SLI and Crossfire Ready

RAM: 2 of the Kingston HyperX FURY Black 8GB 2133MHz DDR4 Non-ECC CL14 DIMM Desktop Memory

At first the motherboard speaker was telling me that the RAM was the problem. So I borrowed 1 stick of RAM and the beeping stopped completely. However, the system still refused to show BIOS. I double checked all the power connections and such, everything was perfect. The fans on everything power on, the mobo and gpu light up and all seemed well. So I then tried to re-seat everything. After getting no results from that I breadboard everything, still nothing. So I made sure that the monitor works using my old system, it did. I used vga and dvi cables that had been proven to work, and yet again I got no display. Then I took the GTX 750Ti out of my old system and put it in my new system, but still no beeps and still no display. I removed the graphics card entirely, no beeps. Tried the on board graphics, no display. Removed the stick of RAM, 1 long beep, 2 short beeps. Put the RAM back in, no beeps. I am starting to think that the motherboard is the problem here but before I chuck it I want more opinions. So if you are able to help then thanks in advance.

Solution

Seems like the only option I have at this point... I'll RMA the motherboard but I'm pretty sure the cpu is good. If the problem persists I'll RMA the cpu as well.

I have at least 3 times. Nothing is bent. Both the CPU and CPU socket are in great condition. I'm also using the stock fan which came with thermal paste pre-applied, so I don't think the problem rests there.
