If u want the 480 i schould wait for msi ore asus to make with with like a 8 and 6 pin connector because the 480 hase a Power issue to the pci-e slot

Why are you getting a motherboard with a Z170 chipset? Z is for overclocking, but your CPU is not unlocked. You should probably get a H or B chipset, which is less expensive, if you want to save some money. If you are planning to buy an overclocking CPU in the future, then keep the Z170. The PSU is great, a XFX TS 550W would also be great, it's like 20€ cheaper in your store. There are new GPUs coming out now with that price/performance range, so you should maybe wait a bit. But apart from that, the build would work as it is.

Well, it's definitely a big performance improvement over R9 380, but also ~100€ more expensive in Europe at the moment.
