I am currently working on my first build and would like to enlist the help of some more experienced builders. It is intended to be a ~$850-900 gaming PC that will hopefully reach high to ultra-high settings on at least 1080p. The only thing I'm struggling with is the motherboard selection. My current build is bellow. The reference rx 480 listed is probably going to be switched for an aftermarket one once those get released.

Using the guide on this website and some research I have found these:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H170M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($74.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H170-GAMING 3 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($77.98 @ Newegg)

However, as I said I'm very new to this. I don't know what brands to trust, whether they are over or under kill for my goal, or how future proof they can be. Any guidance would be helpful.
