Be Quiet are a quality brand . I have not used that psu but it should be another one of their good products

Its not a bad unit , made by fsp , probably not as good quality as the first 2 blackbird suggested , better than the CX though for sure.

The newer CXM are decent.
Silver and Black units.

Have a good 5 year warranty.

Is "decent" good enough for a reasonable overclock on my CPU and GPU? And is it better than the Pure Power 9? There's only like a 3 - 4 Euro difference in the price.

Its better than the be quiet simply because it has a much bigger 12v rail - quality wise I reckon its about the same by the look of it.
