I have 4 sticks of HyperX Beast RAM and I want to upgrade my cooler to the Noctua NH-U14S, so I was wondering if the RAM would be compatible with the cooler. I have seen that the first RAM slot my be overhung by the NF-A15 fan on the cooler, but I'm not sure of this. Thanks in advance.

The s suffix coolers were designed for compatibility.
Not only from ram, but more clearance with the first graphics slot.
Go to the Noctua web site, and you will see a diagram of the cooler dimensions.
I might expect that height available in your case might be the most restrictive dimension.

It has full ram compatibility with the lga 2011 boards, but noctua states that on 115x (mine is 1151) boards, the front fan may overhang the first ram slot. Also, its height is fine for my case, and I can't really tell if it will overhang without it actually being mounted in front of me.
I've also been looking at the Noctua NH-D14, and I think I might be able to just move the fist 120mm fan up a bit, so it should clear the ram, but I don't know if the actual heatsink will over-hang the ram.
Another possibility that I was looking at was the be Quiet! Dark rock pro 3, but there may be issues with the the first ram slot, but i'm not sure of this.
