Hey,
I'm interested in building a PC with a Xeon E5-2670 in it. They're cheap on ebay (about $60). However finding a motherboard for it has been quite a challenge. They're, of course, the dual socket server boards but near none of them are available in ATX form and they often don't have onboard audio and only have one or 2 PCI-E sockets that aren't designed for a GPU. Also when I'm searching I always encounter X99 motherboards. They use LGA-2011 v3, does that make a difference, could I use one? Or should I just buy one of the server boards?
