is it bad at all sorry if nooby thing

Solution
That is normal. Your CPU is normally maxed out at 4.2.
Your 19% OC puts that at 5.0.

Totally normal, and a reasonable overclock.

so not a bad thing and pc should be just fine?

I mean, if your PC is running, it is a good thing!
You should stress test your PC to see what kind of max temps you get, and if your OC holds up. But yeah, nothing bad at all. - it is the whole purpose of over clocking. and as long as you don't over heat, and your PC turns on - you are good.
