Hey, I've been having one major problem recently. When I want to play let's say Doom my frame rate will be horrible. But when I change some setting back and forth games run just fine at least for a while. It can be few seconds or it can stay. And by changing setting I don't mean going from high to low but just completely random settings and there's some chance that FPS will improve.(From what I observed texture memory triggers normal FPS for few seconds then It slowly goes back to 20s). Same problem with Euro truck simulator but when I play Guild Wars 2 everything is perfect.
I tried installing old drivers, clean install new, checked RAM, trimmed SSD, cleaned registry, close background apps, overclocking CPU, reinstalling after burner, alt tabbing (sometimes helps) and that's about it.

Really bad thing about this is that I have one idea if it's GPUs, CPUs or Windows's fault
Update: Reinstalled Windows and still the same problem at Doom also I did Firestrike test and I got 4344 which is pretty good so no problems there
