Solution
windows may not have your custom drivers, you have to go to your motherboard vendor and pick up the current ones for your motherboard.

generally, you would turn off any automatic overclocking in BIOS and uninstall any overclocking drivers that are installed under windows. the drivers generally come with the motherboard or maybe the graphics card.

if you put your memory dump file from c:\windows\minidump directory on a server like microsoft onedrive, share the file for public access and post a link. I can take a quick look with the windows debugger and get a better idea as to what may be wrong.

Bug Check 0x100000EA: THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER_M
you would update the device driver if you had any idea what device driver it was.

you can guess and just update your device drivers from your motherboard vendors website as a start to see if it fixes the problem.
the problem could also be caused by timing related issues due to overclocking. (remove any overclock)
