Good cpu cooler for haf x lga 1150

Hi i was looking for a cpu cooler, preferably liquid cooling, for my i7-4790k and my case is a haf x. Any good ideas? Thanks in advance :)

Liquid cooling is worth it if you wish to OC and get the most from your processor, which you obviously don't.
You can learn how to OC from the many articles and guides here on the Forum.

If your temps are at 80C consistently then degradation of the CPU will happen over time.

If your case will fit one, then get an AIO liquid cooler. There are many choices.

Also i was hitting on average 80 degrees C on full load, so i was wondering if getting a new cooler is worth it. also i am using stock cause im fucking dumb
