Hard drive and solid state drive configuration confusion

I am building a new PC with a solid state and hard drive together. I would like to install my OS on the solid state to increase my performance, but keep all of my applications, pictures, games, ect from my previous PC that is stored on the hard drive . Is there any way to do this? Thank you for any future help!

you have to reload games and apss. if you using steam all you do is resysnk steam folder on the old hard drive. to keep the data safe unplug the old hard drive from the mb. from from windows usb stick and install windows to the ssd. then update and register windows on the ssd. if you have a good windows key all you need to do is make a window 10 boot iso usb stick using windows media creation tool. then click skip when it ask for a window key. when windows logs onto the internet it pull your digital key down. (asd long as the mb is the same and other hardware). you can swap windows key from hard drive to ssd. after the ssd is booting fine. power down and plug the hard drive in. under windows disk tools you may have to give the old hard...
