Hello! My name is Brock. I built a PC and for some reason in the last few months I have been running into numerous problems with its all around responsiveness. I've wiped the PC multiple times and reinstalled with Windows 10 and two different versions of 7. The mouse lag (delay between my physical action and when it appears on the screen) is still present even with Vsync turned off.
List of things that I have tried
-Different mouse
-Disabling HPET
-Different Drivers
-Different Surface
-Overclocking
-Increasing Page File
-Changing to a non Aero theme
-Reinstalling drivers
-Reinstalling numerous operating systems
-Disabling power saving options
-Different Monitor
-Monitored temps (temps where in check)
-Turning it off and back on
-Updating to latest BIOS
-Disabling Mouse Accel
-MarkC Mouse Patch (tool didnt find any accel on)
-Booting into safe mode (NO MOUSE LAG APPEARED AT ALL IN SAFE MODE)
-Lowering Max Pre rendered frames to 1
-Forcing VSYNC off
-Changing scaling to no scaling in Nvidia Control Panel
-Turning on max performance mode for gpu
-Turned on sigle display mode for gpu

-MSI GTX 970 3.5 GB (lol)
-Corsair CX750m
-MSI 970 am3+ mobo
-Logitech G502 mouse (other mouse i tried was steelseries sensei raw)
-Razer Blackwidow Chroma Keyboard
-Samsung 850 evo 500gb ssd
-AMD FX-8350
-Hyper 212 EVO
-G.SKILL 16gb Ripjaws
-Seagate ST1000tb drive

I had went to MSI's support page and downloaded mobo drivers there. Not sure if all of them are up to date and if they are not i have no idea on where to get the up to date drives (talking about usb drivers and chipset drivers)

Another note i need to make is that I have never spent time on this forum or any other for that matter, so if i have broke a rule please bear with me. I need this problem solved because its really hampering my pc gaming experience. I also consider myself moderately educated on PC things but I might need some things clarified. Sorry for typos and etc. On a tight schedule at the moment.
