I am a newbie with OC

Clock trying to achieve is 4.5Ghz cooled with Corsair H55 with push and pull fans (1400-1500RPMs - kinda noisy)
Vcore: 1.46
Mobo: GA 970 Gaming G1 (F1 Bios)
Core Temp: 53-55C

I ran it with prime95 for 15minutes (Blend) it showed passed.

Then, I ran it with OCCT and it says no error, but I am kinda worried with the graph it stayed with the 95-100 CPU usage for 3.5minutse but went down to 90-95 after that. Results says no errors and my PC didn't shut down.

Have I successfully OC'ed my CPU?
What are the things I missed?
Or should I forget about doing OC?

Yes, I agree with Gam3r01, I have my 8320 oc'ed at 4.5 as well and I would suggest you run blend for at least 2 hours however do keep in mind that P95 does not reflect anything you would normally encounter in playing games, editing, etc.

To answer your 3 questions
1. Yes, you have successfully OC'ed your CPU however this does not mean it is 100% stable, run prime 95 for at least 2 hours to ensure 100% stability.
2. There shouldn't really be anything you have missed however, based on my past experience, you should also try running cinebench. The first time I OC'ed my FX-8320 it survived a two hour P95 test only to immediately crash in cinebench. Otherwise no, there isn't anything you've missed other than the recommended two hour p95 stress test.
3. No reason not to OC as long as the rest of your system can handle it. 4.5 is a about where most FX-8320 get up to without reaching 1.5 volts.

Suggestions
1. Make sure your Vcore never goes above 1.5 volts, this will lead to a significant decrease in lifespan.
2. Make sure your CPU temperature doesn't go above 60C as this is the max temperature for FX series CPU's.
3. Your temps do seem a little high for a AIO water cooler, I have a Hyperx 212x EVO (air cooler) and my temps barely reach 50C on full load.
4. Remember to always keep an eye on temperatures.

Good luck in your overclocking!

Thank you! I ran the ps95 but my PC went off after reaching an hour of p95.
I will clean my CPU then replace the thermal paste. Hoping to see that my temp will go lower.
