hen i tried to flash rom my os got deleted from micromax nitro. Its stuck when power on. Pls help to solve it...I need to reinstal new os

All you can do is look for a stock ROM for the device online and flash it again. If that does not work or you can't find a stock ROM, need to replace the phone.
