Hey guys, so yesterday I hit a number of problems with my desktop pc.

Firstly, here are my pc specs and components:

Mobo: ASRock Z75 Pro3
CPU: Intel i5 @ 3.3 GHz
CPU Heatsink: Corsair Hydro H60 Water Cooled
Video Card: NVidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti PCI-E
RAM: 8 GB Corsair
Power Supply: ATX ThermalTake TR-430 W (an EXTREMELY weak psu I know)

It started with my computer randomly cutting to an all black screen; all fans would continue running, etc. I was forced to do a hard power off and power back on. Whenever Windows 7 64-bit would back up, Windows told me I had the following error: BCCode 116. Google magic led me to believe that was a graphics driver issue (I have not altered any drivers since about 6 months ago). The fan on my video card ran fine, and it's temperature stayed at 35-40 C.

Now as I'm investigating the issue, it happens again - all black screen, have to manually turn it off. Upon re-powering up again, the ASRock mobo splash screen shows then I am given only this on the monitor:

.

Now I really begin to worry; I resaddle my video card etc, the issue still persists. I am able to access BIOS fine and check to make sure the preferred GPU input is the PCI Express slot. I do not have a VGA cable at the moment to test the integrated graphics.

Remembering how garbage my PSU is I pull out the 24-pin ATX connection and low and behold; the yellow +12 V pin is burnt:

None of the other pins are burnt.

Before I go and buy replacement parts I would like you guys' advice. Is the non-booting issue likely rooted from the PSU being dead? Or is it something more serious; I really hope it isn't a dead video card or fried motherboard. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
