Isn't this second thread about same thing ?? Anyway, if it's here: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M3NHHDMI/HelpDesk_CPU/ and it is, it would work. Note the BIOS version on the right, if you don't have that one or higher, you'll have to update it first while your old processor is still in.
