I built my pc about six months ago and originally was only running one monitor at the time, as i got some more money in my pocket i picked up a few more items to deck out my set up. one mentionable upgrade was two 21in monitors, one connected via VGA and the other HDMI. along with these, razor siren mic, razor crhoma, and some speakers all plugged in via usb. (purely mentioned if this may be the cause) once i started using two monitors i noticed when i would have a game runnung on one and for example, google opened on the other. the screens would move up and down rapidly once indicating if i didnt it was about to do its crash a few moments later. usually when this happens i just minimize something and hope for the best. ive tried mutiple things that could be causing this issue and come up with no resolve.
PC PARTS-
CX 500 watt power supply
intel pent processor G3258
1TB hard disk drive
Gigabyte AMD radeon R7 250X OC 2GB
MSI motherboard H81M-E34
crucial ballistix sport 8gb (one ram)

my last thread someone mention that my graphics card was weak and thats why im having the issue of my comp crashging with two monitors running, if this is an isse could someone recomend a grapghics card that would stop this? thank you all

Are your graphics drivers up to date?

When gaming and having something open on the second screen how much VRAM are you using. I might be your running out of VRAM as 2gb is not a lot but that shouldn't crash the system, I'd expect stuttering and performance issues

I believe i did update my graphics card in an attempt to resolve the issue, but nothing has come of it. just to double check ill see if theres another update.

assuming it is performance issues, any recommendations?

Have you tried the latest drivers from AMD? You also need to tell me VRAM usage.

If you upgraded the GPU it's not worth getting anything higher than an Nvidia 950/960 as you will be held back by your cpu. However I believe the replacement to the 960 is due to be released in July so you would want to wait as it gives you another option or at least pushes the price of the 960 down. With your PSU I wouldn't go for similar performing AMD cards as they are more power hungry and the CX500 is a low end unit.
