My budget is pretty low because im still saving but i wanna buy a premade gaming dekstop/laptop that can play all the modern games on PS4 w/Steam/League.I wanna play games such as Black ops3/unchared 4/Overwatch and so on. So please link me to a good enough desktop that can run these games and please make the prices as low as possible for me. Thanks XD
Also recommend me a monitor too. :)

What currency are you talking about? Because I live in Australia and $700 USD can get you much much better components than $700 AUD.

If you don't want to build a computer yourself, your best bet is to get a friend to do it for you, because like Donkey said before, you can only choose 2 of the following 3: Good, Budget, Pre-built. But if that is not an option, I advice from buying from companies such as Alienware and Cyber Power PC (Though the latter is slightly better). I would dig around your local computer parts stores and see what they offer, I would generally stay away from large stores that don't specialize in computer parts such as Harvey Norman etc.

I would highly recommend getting this though http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824236313&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

It's a great monitor, but a crazy suggestion. The OP cannot afford a $250 monitor in a $700 budget!!!!

Are you in the USA? Location depends on pre-builts available.
